HOW WE DO OUR WORK

We help identify systems’ flaws of our client-organisation through the following phased-out efforts:

1. Diagnosis: A team of consultants, experienced in various fields, provide their expertise to develop the total system. Initially a preliminary diagnosis of the business is conducted to:

  • identify existing systems’ flaws
  • develop ways to solve the flaws;
  • develop control and monitoring mechanisms.

2. Formulation of recommendations: Based on our findings, we formulate recommendations for solution of the identified flaws.

3. Preparation & submission of report on preliminary findings: After preliminary diagnosis we submit a report with recommendations to Management for their information.

4. Meeting(s) with Company Management: If Management so desires, we hold meeting(s) to share our experiences gathered during the diagnosis period and to explain the rationale behind our recommendations. If Management is convinced and desires to proceed further, an agreement is signed between Core Resources and the Company/Business to:

  • Conduct detailed and final diagnosis of existing system;
  • Formulate recommendations;
  • Assist in Implementing the recommendations

5. Development of strategies, policies, tools and techniques: If Company Management desires and agrees to implement the recommendations, Core Resouces starts working on developing various strategies, policies, tools and techniques, as may be required.

6. Re-organization and placement of employees: Before implementing the newly developed system, we assess the skillsand capacity of existing manpower. If needed, we reorganize for proper placement of employees.

7. Development of training modules: To acquaint the Company employees with the newly developed system and make them efficient for using the same, we develop training modules and materials and conduct:

  • Theoretical training on the system developed
  • On-job training on the system developed

8. Implementation of the system: Following the completion of the theoretical training, we start implementing the newly developed system.

9. Feedback: After implementation, we make a note of all the feedback regarding the troubles created in implementing the system.

10.Troubleshooting: Finally we do trouble shooting and successfully complete the whole task.

11. Work Completion Certificate: On successful completion of our work, we request the Company Management to hand us a Work Complementation Certificate.
